The frame setting serves to specify the type of loading combination (basic, accidental, seismic). The type of loading combination determines magnitudes of partial factors of loading used in the analysis.
When performing the analysis according EN 1997-1 the partial and combination loading coefficients are considered in the sense of EN 1997. Coefficients reducing material and resistance characteristics are managed for all combinations based on the input in the partial factors dialogue window (frame "Analysis methods")
