TRUSS4 licence lease conditions

Within this lease agreement, company Fine undertakes to supply program suite TRUSS4 and its full support. Lease of TRUSS4 licence provides the user with unlimited access to program updates and upgrades, technical hotline and professional engineering assistance. The user may also attend free periodical educational training held in the company office.

Licence lease

The lease of program suite TRUSS4 is determined according to the current pricelist. The user can decide whether he/she wants to lease the suite with or without module Truss 3D. Annual lease is due in advance. The supplier sets the hard-lock expiration in a way that allows the renter to use the program continuously if he/she pays the lease properly.

Validity period

The lease agreement is concluded for definite period of one year with termination notice period of three months. In case of no notice of termination, the agreement is automatically extended by one year. Termination of the agreement shall be advised at least one month before the end of the validation period.

Availability of program updates and upgrades

Software updates and upgrades are available to download on Fine website or may be sent to the user on CD on special request. The user is notified about updates or upgrade release via e-mail.

Technical hotline

Technical hotline is provided via e-mail or telephone on workdays from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00.

Educational training

All users of the program are annually entitled to one free individual program training lasting max. 2 days. The lectures are held in the company office in Prague. In case of an on-site training (at user's office), the user is obligated to pay transportation and accommodation costs. Extra 1000 Euro/day is charged for any individual on-site training above the limit. Company Fine also organizes periodic TRUSS trainings, which are free for all users of the program.
