Normal Delivery – free of charge
The normal delivery time is 2–4 days to most European destinations and one week to the rest of the world, but in some occassions, it may take longer.
Express Delivery (worldwide)
The Express delivery time is estimated to one to four business days, depending on your destination country. Fine ships internationally with Aramex.

In the Shipment
Your package ships with the following items: A hardlock (USB), Quick Installation Guide and an invoice. Software is provided using Personalized Setup, which is available on the internet anytime. User guide in electronic form is also available on our website. CD installation is available upon request.
Return & Refunds Policy
Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee means if you are unhappy with our software for any reason, you can simply return the package in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid.

When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item and then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within four weeks from the date we received your returned package.
For your protection, we recommend that you use registered mail.
We will not refund your costs with returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your refund.
As soon as we receive the returned hardlock, we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postal charge. We cannot refund any express postal fees.
Volume discounts are available when you purchase more than 3 programs in the same transaction. The discount will be counted off from your order automatically. Discounts cannot be combined between the GEO5 and FIN EC products. When buying a product package, individual discounts will no longer be applicable. Discounts are not applicable to upgrades.
Some specific bundles are available to lease. The one year lease consists of software price and Fine Maintenance services (major upgrades free of charge and priority support). The software is provided with time limited hardware key for a single computer. There are no discounts applicable to leased licenses. Customer has also an option to upgrade from lease to the perpetual license or renew the lease.
License type is determined by the purpose, for which the license was provided (commercial or academic) and by the type of use: local license (for standalone computer) or network license (for more computers in a network)

If you buy a local license, you may install the software on arbitrary number of computers, however it will only run on the computer, to which your hardlock is attached.
If you buy a network license, you may use the software on more computers in a network. Maximum number of users that can work with the software at one time is given by the number of purchased licenses. In order to run the application, appropriate network hardlock has to be connected to a computer in the network.
Academic licenses of GEO5 software are provided for non-commercial purposes at very favorable price. More information about Academic Licenses.
We supply our products along with hardlocks, which protect our software against illegal use or copying.
Hardlock is a tiny device to be connected to USB port of your computer.
We divide the hardlocks into these categories: Local – for standalone computer (local license), Network – for more computers connected in a network (network license) and Time – for standalone computer (lease option).
Basic technical support is also provided to users with older versions of our programs. However we reserve the right to terminate technical support of the versions with at least two available upgrades to the current date. You may purchase a Single Upgrade or get access to the latest versions through Fine Maintenance subscription.
