Please email us your bank wire transfer receipt (or fax at +420 233 321 754) to expedite delivery of your software. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as confirmation of the payment is received.

Delivery options

Normal delivery – free of charge

The normal delivery time is 2–4 days to most European destinations and one week to the rest of the world, but may take longer.

Express delivery (worldwide) – additional 120 EUR/180 USD

The Express delivery time is estimated at one to four business days depending on your destination country. Fine ships internationally via TNT or DHL.

Visit delivery providers webpages (TNT, DHL) for specific delivery times. You may also use TNT tracking system (DHL tracking system) at any time to track your package.

Please Note: Shipping charges cover transportation and insurance during transit only. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return & Refunds Policy

30-day money back guarantee

Our 30-day money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can simply return the package to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid.

When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item and then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within four weeks from the date we received your returned package.

All returned products must contain the hardlock (if you bought it).

For your protection, we recommend that you use registered mail.

We will not refund your costs with returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your refund.

As soon as we receive the returned package (software CD + hardlock), we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postal charge. We cannot refund any express postal fees.

Discount options

Volume Discounts are available when you purchase three or more programs in the same transaction. The discount will be counted automatically to your order.

Additional license prices are applied whenever you purchase multiple licences of a program. For full list of discounts see our price list.

We respect your privacy. In order to deliver you the requested programs, we need to know your personal data. We will use your personal information only for our needs and we will not provide them to other parties. We will protect your data against any kind of abuse.

Licences

By purchasing a licence, you acquire the right to use the computer program including its manuals and other documentation. Licence type is given by a purpose which was the licence provided for (full, educational) and by type of hardlock which protects our software against illegal copying. Hardlock can be either local (local licence for one computer) or network (network licence for computers in a network).

Licence types

Local licence

If you purchase a local licence, you can use the program under the following conditions:

  • You may install the program on arbitrary number of computers
  • The program operates only if a local hardlock is connected to the computer
  • The program can be installed using one or more local hardlocks according to user’s requirements

Network licence

If you purchase a network licence, you can use the program as a multi-user application following these conditions:

  • The program is used in a computer network
  • Maximum number of users that can work with the program at a single moment is given by the number of purchased licences. In other words, any number of users can work with the program, however in a given moment there can be only as many users as purchased licences.
  • In order to run the program, the appropriate network hardlock needs to be connected to a computer in the network

Multi-licence

If you purchase a multi-licence, you can use unlimited number of local and network licences.

Hardlocks

We supply our products along with hardlocks, which protect our software against illegal use or copying.

Hardlock is a tiny device to be connected to USB port of your computer.

Basic technical support is provided to all our customers for free via e-mail hotline@finesoftware.eu or through the technical support contact form.

Basic technical support is also provided to users with older versions of our programs. However we reserve the right to terminate technical support of versions with at least two available upgrades to the current date. You may purchase a single program upgrade? or get them through subscribing to Fine Maintenance program.

Program of permanent technical support Fine Maintenance provides a user with an unlimited access to program updates and upgrades, preferential technical hotline and professional engineering assistance.

Price of a single upgrade

Price of a single upgrade is calculated as one tenth of the current price of all purchased licences multiplied by the number of versions released after the version originally purchased by the user.

For example: Price of program upgrade from version 5.8 to 5.11 (number of versions = 3) is 30 percent of the current price of all purchased licences.

Difference of EDU version compared to full version

  • EDU version contains all GEO5 programs except programs Tunnel and Ground loss.
  • All prints (outputs-printouts) has watersign "EDU version".
