You can simply buy Fine programs in our e-shop. You can securely pay by your credit card or via bank wire transfer. You can also order software directly using the contact form, or by e-mail. Another possibility is to contact our local dealer.

Fine provides bargain prices for additional licenses and volume discounts. Feel free to contact us if you would like to upgrade existing programs. Fine also offers academic licenses of program s at very favourable prices.

Please email us your bank wire transfer receipt (or fax at +420 233 321 754) to expedite delivery of your software. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as confirmation of the payment is received.

Delivery options

Normal delivery – free of charge

The normal delivery time is 2–4 days to most European destinations and one week to the rest of the world, but may take longer.

Express delivery (worldwide) – additional 60 EUR/80 USD

The Express delivery time is estimated at one to four business days depending on your destination country. Fine ships internationally via Aramex.

Visit delivery provider´s webpages for specific delivery times. You may also use Aramex Tracking System at any time to track your package.

Please Note: Shipping charges cover transportation and insurance during transit only. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the shipment

Your package ships with the following items: A hardware key (USB), Quick Installation Guide and an invoice. Software is provided using Fine Personalized Setup, which is available on the Internet anytime. User manual in electronic form is available on the internet. Installation CD is available on request.

Return & Refunds Policy

Our 30-day money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can simply return the package to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid.

When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item and then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within four weeks from the date we received your returned package.

For your protection, we recommend that you use registered mail.

We will not refund your costs with returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your refund.

As soon as we receive the returned hardlock, we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postal charge. We cannot refund any express postal fees.

Discount options

Volume Discounts are available when you purchase three or more programs in the same transaction. The discount will be counted automatically to your order.

Additional license prices are applied whenever you purchase multiple licenses of a program. For full list of discounts see our price list.

Lease

Some specific bundles are available to lease. The One year lease consists of software price and Fine maintenance program (major upgrades, support). The software is provided with time limited hardware key for a single computer. There are no discounts applicable to leased licenses.  Customer has also an option to upgrade from lease to the perpetual license or renew lease.

License types

License type is given by a purpose which was the license provided for (commercial, academic) and by type of use - local license (working on standalone computer) or network license (for work in a network).

Local license

If you purchase a local license, you can install the program on arbitrary number of computers, but the program operates only on that computer where the hardlock is currently attached.

Network license

If you purchase a network license, you can use the program as a multi-user application in the computer network. Maximum number of users that can work with the program at a single moment is given by the number of purchased licenses. In other words, any number of users can work with the program, however in a given moment there can be only as many users as purchased licenses.  In order to run the program, the appropriate network hardlock needs to be connected to a computer in the network

Multi-license

If you purchase a multi-license, you can use unlimited number of local and network licenses.

Academic licenses

Academic licenses of GEO5 software are provided for non-commercial purposes at very favourable price. Find further information about Academic licenses.

Hardlocks

We supply our products along with hardlocks, which protect our software against illegal use or copying.

Hardlock is a tiny device to be connected to USB port of your computer.

We recognize the following types of hardlocks: Local – for standalone computer (local license), Network – for computers connected in a network (network license)  and Time – for standalone computer (lease option).

Basic technical support is provided to all our customers for free via e-mail hotline@finesoftware.eu or through the technical support contact form.

Basic technical support is also provided to users with older versions of our programs. However we reserve the right to terminate technical support of versions with at least two available upgrades to the current date. You may purchase a Single Upgrade or get access to the latest versions through subscribing to Fine Maintenance program.

We respect your privacy. In order to deliver you the requested programs and provide support accordingly (by Fine or by respective Fine dealer), we need to know your personal data. We will use your personal information only for our needs and we will not provide them to other parties. We will protect your data against any kind of abuse.

Price of a single upgrade

Price of a single upgrade is calculated as one tenth of the current price of all purchased licences multiplied by the number of versions released after the version originally purchased by the user.

For example:Price of program upgrade from version 8 to 12 (number of versions = 4) is 40 percent of the current price of all purchased licenses.
