How to get Fine Maintenance?

A new or current customer can order the program of permanent support Fine Maintenance via email, through the e-shop or our local dealer.

The Agreement of permanent support Fine Maintenance and the appropriate invoice are sent to the user immediately according to his/her order. It is not necessary to send the signed copy back. Terms of the agreement (See here the example agreement) may differ slightly depending on the region or a dealer.

As soon as the invoice is paid, the agreement comes to effect and the customer becomes a member of permanent support program Fine Maintenance and may take the advantage of all stated services.

What you should know and consider:

  • Agreement of permanent support Fine Maintenance is concluded for given program suites (GEO5 and FIN10). All users of program suite TRUSS4 obtain technical support free as a part of the licence lease.
  • The price of the permanent support program is 15 % of the current price of all purchased licenses excluding volume discounts given at the time of purchase.
  • The fee for Fine Maintenance services is always paid for the period of one year from the day of purchasing the program and is due annually according to the invoices issued by the supplier.
