Before you contact our technical support, you should check out the site with the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Many questions have already been answered and you may find an adequate solution there.

Basic technical support is provided to all our customers free via e-mail or through the technical support contact form.

We provide technical support via telephone (hotline) only to customers with activated Fine Maintenance program. The telephone number is: +420 233 324 889. Please consider the working hours: work days (Mo-Fri) from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00.

Our technical support staff will request your licence numberHelp and program versionHelp. We might ask you to send us data containing the errorHelp.

Technical support is also provided, if possible, to users with older versions of our programs. However we reserve the right to terminate technical support of versions with at least two available upgrades to the current date.

All users of program suite TRUSS4 obtain technical support (technical and professional engineering hotline via telephone or e-mail) free as a part of the licence lease.

Users of our programs can ask our basic technical support team (program installation or setting problems) for help by filling out the technical support contact form or sending an e-mail.

The time needed to respond may vary depending on workload of the staff.

Inquiries of customers with activated Fine Maintenance program are handled preferentially.

What should I include in problem description?

In order to receive prompt and adequate support, it is necessary to include answers to the questions below in the problem description:

  • When does the problem occur?
  • What steps cause the problem?
  • Does the problem occur only in this task or during any other operations?
  • What operating system is installed on your computer?
  • What kind of hardware do you use (processor, memory, printer)?
  • Do you use other hardware or software that could be related to the error?
