Normal Delivery – free of charge
The normal delivery time is 2–4 days to most European destinations and one week to the rest of the world, but in some occassions, it may take longer.
Express Delivery (worldwide)
The Express delivery time is estimated to one to four business days, depending on your destination country. Fine ships internationally with Aramex.
Software key is sent by email within company working hours (with no shipping required).
Visit delivery provider´s website for specific delivery times. You may also use Aramex Tracking System at any time to track your package.
Please Note: Shipping charges cover transportation and insurance during transit only. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. The Software License is sent electronically, with no shipping required.
In the Shipment
Your package ships with the following items: A hardlock (USB) and Quick Installation Guide. Software key is sent electronically, with no shipping required. Software is provided using Personalized Setup, which is available on the internet anytime. User guide in electronic form is also available on our website. CD installation is available upon request.
Return & Refunds Policy
Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee means if you are unhappy with our software for any reason, you can simply return the package in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it.

As soon as we receive the returned hardware key or information that your software key has been deactivated, we will refund the relevant purchase price and notify you via e-mail.
We recommend that you use registered mail for sending the hardware key.
Software keys cannot be physically returned, so it is required to deactivate the SW key and send us the screenshot for verification. See the FAQ page for instructions on how to deactivate SW key. Software key cannot be used repeatedly, so we do not refund the software key costs.
We cannot refund any express postal fees. We will not refund your costs with returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your refund.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within four weeks from the date we received your returned package.
Volume discounts are available when you purchase more than 3 programs in the same transaction (see Pricelist). The discount will be counted off from your order automatically. Discounts cannot be combined between the GEO5 and FIN EC products. When buying a product package, individual discounts will no longer be applicable. Discounts are not applicable to upgrades.
We offer discounted program packages with advantageous Fine Maintenance and lease plans. Fine maintenance is 15 % of the discounted package price. Newly released programs added to the package receives the maintenance user for free, the maintenance price is fixed. The package can also be obtained by purchasing the missing programs with the highest package discount.
The annual package lease includes a full version of the programs, the Fine maintenance services including future updates and keys. The lease fee is 45% of the package price per one year. There are no discounts applicable to leased licenses. The customer has an option to upgrade to the perpetual license for 60 % of the package price. The additional output language price is 10 % of the package lease.
The software is available in both local and network licenses. The local license for a single computer is provided with HW or SW time limited key. The network license is provided with HW key ONLY.
The license type is determined by the purpose for which the license was provided (full – commercial, academic) and the way it is used – local license (for a standalone computer) or network license (for more computers in a network or on virtual machines). More information about License Types.

Basic technical support is also provided to users with older versions of our programs. However we reserve the right to terminate technical support of the versions with at least two available upgrades to the current date. You may purchase a Single Upgrade or get access to the latest versions through Fine Maintenance subscription.
